Hi, I’m Emily, the founder and owner of Soul Stretch.

Soul Stretch was created as a space to deepen your yoga practice, strengthen your body, and build discipline — while also expanding your mind and nourishing your soul. It’s an invitation to move with intention, reconnect inward, and use your practice as a tool for growth both on and off the mat.

I’m a yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice and 10 years of teaching experience. I’ve completed more than 500 hours of training across Canada, the USA, and India, studying a variety of traditions that continue to shape and inspire my approach to movement, breath, and mindfulness.


I love teaching strong, creative vinyasa flows that get you out of your head and into your body — creating a true moving meditation. I believe yoga should build physical resilience while also encouraging introspection, presence, and self-awareness.


My classes are designed to challenge you, support you, and ultimately transform not just your body, but your mind and inner world as well. I’m here to help you explore your strength, deepen your breath, and cultivate clarity, confidence, and connection — on and off the mat.
